Bi-Fold Doors

After purchasing a cottage in Berkshire, our clients realised the Bi-Fold doors needed replaced. Although relatively new, the existing bi-fold doors had already succumbed to rot so they let in water, were draughty and a security risk.

Not only did we replace the doors, we also replaced the apex above, all with solid Accoya doors, fully glazed to connect the kitchen to the garden. By using Accoya, which is guaranteed not to rot for 50 years, the clients felt assured that this door set was truly a one-off purchase. One of the middle doors is the master, meaning the clients can also use the bi-fold doors like an ordinary door set, or push out 3 doors to each side, opening the whole space each side when entertaining.We colour matched Farrow & Ball’s Wimborne White into our specialist paint and spray applied for an even, long lasting finish.
